Revert to Older Versions??? Liquify Still UNusable after this long?!

Do we just revert to older versions?  I still can't use Liquify tool and it's been months now.  The lag is seconds behind and super slow.  I can't believe the lack of response.  Been with Adobe for 25 years as a professional photographer....

Operating on a 2017 iMac Pro, 2024 latest update, Sonoma 14.2.1

    22.2 release works great, and we can't implement this 3 versions later, Why?
