Rotate tool missing from Photoshop 27.6

Hi, I am having the same problem. I placed a picture of a bird (place embedded), I first noticed the ‘rotate’ in the task-bar, but then it just  disappeared (the task-bar too). I have a subscription, so I cannot understand what happens.. thankyou for helping me.

I apologize for the delayed response. I hope you are able to use the Rotate tool with the current version of Photoshop.

If not, could you please share the System Info report from Photoshop? You can find it under Help > System Info. Please copy and paste the entire report here.
