Run Photoshop cc 2019(V20) on win7 pc

I've been trying to install Adobe Photoshop cc 2019 on my window 7 pc but it keeps crashing on error message "system requirements not meet". Please how can I run I it on my system.

    Is this a new purchase or are you trying to install on a new computer?

    @Ogbonnaya346242943tzd you need Windows 7 64 bit version with SP1 installed and a valid Adobe subscription, CC 2019 is out of support BTW.
