"Save as a Copy" on by default in Photoshop 2025

Since upgrading to 26.0, the checkbox for "As a copy" in the "Save-As" dialog is always on by default. Previously, once it is clicked off it would stay off. This is causing major workflow issues, as when saving a PSD to a new location, or with a new filename, it saves an unopened copy and leaves the current (old) file open. This is causing confusion when continuing edits in the open file, which has actually become the old file.

Legacy Save-as is enabled in prefs.
