Save not responding adobe photoshop 2022

Since updating to the latest version 23.2, I can't save files (any format), the pinwheel keep spinning for a while and nothing happens after 😕😕 

Am using macOs Monterey 12.2

On launch after the update installer ran, did you grant OS permission requests to the various prompts that came up (Documents, Downloads, etc)?  I'm wondering if this might be an OS permissions issue?

To Chad's point, try the following to make sure permissions/user account issues are involved:

Try creating a new Admin user account and run Photoshop from the new user account to see if the problem goes away: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-troubleshooting.html#permissions

    Resseting didn't work, will try going back to old version

    Where are you saving to? If you save to the desktop, does it save normally?

    If that doesn't fix the issue you can revert to the previous Photoshop version: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html
