Question

Saved actions from previous version work but shortcuts fail

All my actions saved from many previous versions work fine, but the keyboard shortcuts do not.

Made a new set of keyboard shorcuts and tried to make them work but no luck.

 

Mac Sequoia 15.3.2, PS 26.4.1, Mac Mini M4

Do you know if any new shortcuts you've set up working as expected? What language are your OS and Photoshop set up to work with?

Hey, @Sameer K 

 

Checking OS it appears set for English, do not see any way to change that. No language packs. The only setting in PS for language is in prefs, Interface Ui language, English.

 

So , no there seems to be no conflict with language unles I'm missing someting.

I am sorry for the delay. Please update Photoshop to the latest version via the Creative Cloud desktop app and check how it goes. 

Additionally, to be sure, use the on-screen keyboard to verify if the key inputs work at all. On macOS, you can set up the Keyboard with multiple languages, try setting that back to English in macOS Preferences.
