Hi guys i need help.

when ever i am saving my photoshop file out as a print ready pdf it keeps changing the overal dimensions of the file.

for example i want to save out some buisness cards i have done, 5.9cm x 8.9cm

saves perfectly fine as a psd file.

when i save as Photoshop PDf its changing this file to 1.4 x 2.1cm

super frustrating , any ideas why this is happening?

many thanks

Says who or rather »what«, as in: which application gives that measurement?

Can you rpovide the file or at least screenshots?

What are the image’s pixel dimensions and Resolution?

What are the pdf-export settings you use?

i normally work on windows in my office job but recently iv brought a mac studio and started working on mac and never encountered this problem when outputting as PDF from photoshop.

the measurements are being shown in bridge  like below. when the dimensions should be 5.9 x 8.9cm

see below the export settings when i go to File > save as> photoshop PDF

when i hit  save pdf I also get this pop up showing the below which again i havenot seen before.

any help or advice would be amazing as this is super frustrating and i just want to get to the bottom of why it keeps resizing.

thanks

Please open the pdf in a proper pdf-application (like Acrobat) and check its size there.
