I'm trying to save my unfinished work to the photoshop cloud but everytime I do it it tries to save on my computer instead. It use to give me a option so I wanna save on computer or cloud but it doesn't anymore. Idk what to do.

Same here. The solution listed above may not work because I don't want to lose all my work progress.

You will not lose your work. If changing to PSD does not work save it to computer. There are plenty of options later to upload to cloud if prefs reset is necessary. You can also save in Libraries, by the way.

Having the same issue here, do you reckon it's something to do with most recent update?

Also to Save to cloud documents you need to select the Photoshop (psd) file format or the

Save to cloud documents will be greyed out in the Save As dialog.

I've spent that last 2 days trying different methods which I'm sure is good but never thought that THIS was my issue 🤦🏻‍♀️, thank you 😎

I also noticed the Cloud Documents button in the Save dialog was dimmed and not available. (PS v24.1)

In my case, Reset  Prefs worked.

Go to Preferences > General and click on "Reset Preferences on Quit."

Restart  Photoshop.
