Scam Wesbite

I keep seeing this ad on facebook for a lifetime download of photoshop and others like lightroom for a single one time payment. The website is <Removed by moderator - please report using the link below>. Is this a legit download and an acual adobe product and if so does it update or is this just a scam? Seems too good to be true so I am wary plus it is not Adobe's website.
