Scratch Disk error with plenty of space?

Can someone please explain to me why I keep getting 'Scratch Disk is Full' errors when I have 6660GB of free space? I can't seem to make any sense of it. This type of error just started recently for me, and it is driving me crazy. 

Version: 25.7.0 Beta release
OS: Ventura 13.6.4
