Howdy all-

I have a new bug that I am wondering if anyone has experience with?

The issue:

While using photoshop (and only while using Photoshop) my screen goes intermittengly black. Sometimes fo ra second, sometimes for two. Soemtimes for a second then will come back and then do it again 1,2,3 or more times. I have a dual screen setup so sometimes it does it on my main screen that is runnoing Photoshop and then sometimes it will do it on the other screen. Never both. It will jump back and forth and ONLY while using Photoshop. It does not crash the program. Just makes the entire screen go black. Not OFF.

Things that may have affected this:

I did update Photoshop but it wasn't that recent unless an autoamted update came through that I didn;t notice.

I did just swap out my older Wacom Cintiq 24 PRO for the Cintiq 27 PRO. The newever version has the update 4k touchscreen with a 125hz refresh rate. Can it be that my main monitor running 144 hz and the other running 125 is icausing this?

Things I have tried:

Nvidia Controls > Manage 3d Settings > Program Settings > Photoshop > Monitor TEchnoogy > GSync Compatible.
I also tried setting my windows to treat the Photoshop power requirements as High Performance.

I am running a Windows 10 64 Version fully updated

With a RTX 3080 with STUDIO drivers all updated.

Plenty of memory 128gb

CC fully updated

Any thoughts. As-Is this is not currently a usable program. As this flashing happens enough to disrupt all work.

Thank you,

-i

@Tinman1028 can you go to Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the entire report here?
