Product and version : Adobe Photoshop 27.1.0
Operating system : Windows 11 Professionnel
Steps to reproduce :
- Create or open a seamless texture (e.g. 4096×4096 px, generated in Substance Designer or equivalent).
- Define the image as a pattern (Edit → Define Pattern).
- Create a new document.
- Add a Pattern Fill layer (Layer → New Fill Layer → Pattern).
- Set the following parameters :
- Angle: 135°
- Scale: 80%
- Observe the pattern seams at tile boundaries.
Expected result : The pattern should remain perfectly seamless regardless of rotation angle or scaling, with no visible artifacts at tile boundaries.

Actual result : Subtle seam artifacts appear at tile edges when using rotation (e.g., 135°) at 100% scale, and become more pronounced below 100% scale.
