Photoshop Elements has serial numbers. Photoshop doesn't.

@Bianca38557213t02a Adobe has not had Serial Numbers in Photoshop since 2014.

What version of Photoshop is it, and where did you get it?

You should just have to sign in to the Creative Cloud.

It sounds like it may not be Genuine Adobe software.
