Set export to file with max bit limit

Is there a script out there where I can export to jpgs (and I mean like 100 artboards in my file of carious sizes for digital social media) and have it set that they all save to a max limit of a set size... where no image exceeds 100kb? So if a file save to 50kb per export thats fine, but a file that is 250kb gets downgraded to 100kb?
