Question

Shift, Alt, Cmd Keys stop working after Adobe app usage

Hello,

After I've updated all my Adobe apps to the latest versions (Photoshop V 25.1, Illustrator 28, Indesign 19.0.1) as well as my OS system (Ventura 13.6.1), my shift, alt, and command keys would stop working after some time using an Adobe app. This bug would happen across the whole computer in other apps too. For example, if I try to cmd + click a link in my web browser, it would not open in a new tab.

If i restart my computer, the keys would work again for a bit but then stop after some time.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Realized the cause for this was my wacom tablet driver. Wacom's new driver update has been causing the keys to not work - I switched back to an older driver version and issue is now solved.

experiencing the same issue. Alt key not working on other apps after launching any adobe app.
Alt + drag to duplicate also does not seem to work anymore.
