Question

Shortcuts constantly changes

I was editing in Photoshop and suddenly shortcuts start to change all the time, for example there are some times that when I press V it selects the move tool and other times that when I press V it selects the "View" tool, when that happens I have to discover how to fix it and tap it a couple of times, and there are other times that instead of step forward (Shift+Ctrl+Z) it changes the layer type, or move the layer or change something, I dont really know why is this and I am very annoyed with that, so please, if someone can help me thanks.

Then what you may be doing  is accidentally tapping the Alt key. When you do that it toggle the menu  underscore Character  shortcuts on.

If you tap Alt then look at Photoshop menu bar  You will see the Underscore character are displayed.  You will see that V is then the shortcut for the View menu....

Thanks, you are correct, but why could it be that when I pressed shift+ctrl+z it changed the image type to "pass through" and my clone stamp tool to pin light?

To tell the truth Photoshop has so many Shortcuts I can not remember them all or which ones are active when.

Default keyboard shortcuts in Adobe Photoshop

Tools have there own shortcuts when there are active. Plug-ins may have shortcuts.  Also the numbers may change thing like opacity.  Shortcuts for scrolling through layers. Too many for my mind to handle. Sometime keyboard focus seem to change from PS and shortcuts are not seen by Photoshop and do not work.

Develop the workflow that works best for you.
