I think having default shortcuts for exit, closing and closing other and closing all is not enough. We need more ways for accidentally closing documents. Why not Exit without saving shortcut? Exit with Operating system shut down. 😄
Seriously, those actions should not have shortcuts by default.
Most software has default shortcuts for Exit/Quit and Close, so that isn’t just a Photoshop issue, it’s a cross-platform standard.
As for the others, it would only take a minute to remove the shortcuts from those commands (and the others, if you want) using the command Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.
