Shortcuts stop working after entering fullscreen

When I hit F and go into fullscreen, my keyboard shortcuts stop working.

I need to focus on a different app, then go back to Photoshop for them to work again.

 

This is consistent and constant, and it's driving me up the walls.

 

Anyone else come across this?

Any solutions to this?

I have the same issue, and I don't have any 3rd party plugins or panels installed. Seems to hang when pressing F, and then can't get out of full screen with any keyboard shortcut - also even if I select a different tool with the mouse that tool won't function. Very frustrating.
