Should I change my grafic card?

Today my desktop has a 32Mb RAM and an intel i7 - 10700 CPU 2.9 GHz

Further I have a 1 Gb SSD and a 2Gb HDD

I use mainly LrC and Ps for professional photography (no design) and have around 500 Gb in my library

My question is if I should change my NVDIA Geforce GTX 770 for a better graphic card and is it going to improve my speed using aI tools (both in Ps ans LrC) what would be the best reasonable priced Graphic card?

Thanks for your input

I agree with @D Fosse  you need to upgrade your GPU. There are plenty of sites that can help you determine which GPU is best for your current configuration and needs. It's not only about the CPU but also about monitor resolution and intended use.

Absolutely. That's a GPU from 2013 which doesn't even meet Photoshop's minimum system requirements (notably, DirectX feature level at 11.0, while Photoshop now requires feature level 12.0).

This isn't so much about speed as such, it's about a number of advanced functions that need to work. There must be a lot of Photoshop functionality you don't have access to now.

The obvious current sweet spot is the RTX 4060. Excellent performance with Photoshop, at a very reasonable price.

The higher RTX models will be faster at certain operations, but for Photoshop they aren't really worth the rapidly increasing price levels.

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
