Side and Bottom sliders missing PS-6

Yes, OLD PhotoShop Ver 6!

But the side and bottom sliders disappeared, cannot figure out how to get them back?

Even re-installed but no luck.

Screehsnot is not PS screen.

You mean the Scroll Bars in the document window?

In Photoshop 6 the Scroll Bars only appear when the document is zoomed in so it's larger than the document window.

What version of Windows do you have?

Can you provide a screenshot of Photoshop 6 when the document window should have Scroll Bars?
