Everytime I start my computer (Windows 10 Pro) and lauch Photoshop (I have the photographer cloud plan. PS and LR) I have to put in my user name and password. If I shut down photoshop and reopen it later it opens and works fine as long as I do not restart my computer.  If I start or restart my compute I have to supply my user name and password every time. Samething happens with LR.

I need your help please.

Larry

Long and short: Your Windows is doing cleanup, either because some of your stuff is seriously misconfigured in the first place or you are running with insufficient user privileges. Impossible to tell and nothing that can be fixed with a simple flip of a scwitch. You need to comb through your security-related settings like folder access, networking, user privileges and so on. A good place to start might actually be to go to Windows Update, let it run its thing and then switch to an advanced diagnosis by using the "Check for issues" options found in some places. There must be some reason why it restores files and configurations and nixes your saved log-ins. Also of course reinstall PS with elevated privileges ("Run as admin") and possibly also run it that way, be that just as a test.
