Question

Since the last update can't save or upload files to cloud

Hi all since the last update (projects new feature) I can't save files on cloud.
Tested:
1 - Created a new file and save to cloud: failed

2 - Upload a new file into the cloud: failed

Error message:

Could not complete the Save command because the item was not found or you don't have access to it.

I'm on a macbook pro, library is sync and all apps are updated

Do you launch Photoshop via the Creative Cloud desktop app?

No I launch my app from the dock. I used a work around for now: I can save my file into file and then move it to the project folder. That works

To better help you with this issue, we would like a few more details. Can you send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate it?
