Slice tool making transparent lines on outlook html clickable signature

I am trying to make a HTML clickable signature in Photoshop. I used the slice tool to cut out the sections that needs to be clickable.

I exported with Save for Web(Legacy) and when viewing it in the browser all looks fine but when I import it to Outlook and open a new email it shows some of the slice tool lines.

The slice tool lines appear to be transparent because when I change the outlook email background color they are clearly visible.

Now I am exporting this as a GIF because I have a animated gif logo I don't know if that could that be the problem or is it something else I am missing.

Notice the line of the left of the image the other lines are not visible now because they are in the white section of the template.
