Smart object do not open in Illustrator any more!

If ic opy a text from illustrator and paste it to photoshop, then if i double click the smart object of the text does not open in illustrator. Its trying to open an oldest version of Illustrator forgotten in the computer- v5

Adobe pls help! after every update I deal problems! I am afraid to make any other update

@maria5774 This error means your Windows account is not running as an administrator. Go to the Illustrator app, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator" then try this again.
