Smart Object is missing when Packaging

I am trying to package a PSD and am getting a "smart object is missing" error. But there's no way to automatically see what's missing (no links palatte), there's no "missing file" errors when I open the file and I looked manually through the layers palatte and there's nothing.

In the layer panel is a filter where you can select "Smart Object" and filter layers by different status or types of SO.
