I keep encounter an error now as soon as I open PS, I tried resetting the prefences and I did the Creative Cloud clean up tool for everything but the problem still presists. 
Any solutions?

I solved it by reverting back to the previous AMD GPU Driver 2.4.1, turns out the problem occurred after updating it to AMD 2.5.1
