Spacebar hand tool sticking PS 25.2.0

When I press spacebar to pan (hand tool) it sticks after release. I have reset the preferences twice, issue has not gone away (this usually 'fixes' it).

I updated my NVIDIA Studio Driver to the latest - V 546.22 released 12/12/2023. Didn't fix the issue at first. I tried deleting my preferences, which didn't make fix it until I quit and overwrote the default settings with a copy of mine from before the reset - this time it worked.

I've gone back to using v24.7.2 and it is working well, no sticking issues. Only an issue with v25.2.0

Hi @ryand32080941 go to Preferences/Tools and uncheck "Spring Loaded Tool Shortcuts"

Update: Eyedropper also seems to be randomly sticky (when pressing Alt in brush mode) - won't always release
