Spacebar is Locking on Newest Update

I am unsure if this is a bug, but it feels like one.

This pesky update seems to make one of the things I love doing (scrolling through my zoomed in psds) a nightmare.

I have already referred to a thread that supposedly fixed the issue, but following the steps of unchecking overscroll or flick-ing has not changed the behaviour.

This is the stupidest non-update related thing I've experienced in Photoshop thus far, as it's the most basic behaviour that's made into a nightmare without much of a real solution.

Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, lemme know. Thanks!

(Latest version v24.3)
(Windows 10)
(Basic Steps: Open photoshop and experience the pain)
(Expected Result: Spacebar functionality should work good)
(Actual Result: Spacebar feels like torture instead)

Are you saying it's the same problem as me?
If that's right, could you record it? Maybe because I didn't record this and post it on the bug tab, it wasn't categorized as a bug as I wrote above, but rather moved to the Discussions tab, so this bug didn't get noticed.
This bug started from 24.0 if I remember correctly.
I'm sure I've never experienced this before using Photoshop 2022.
At first, it was a very annoying bug, but now I'm used to it and it's become a habit to press the space bar one more time. 😃

Yes, it is the same issue for me. If I must record a video, I guess I could.

It should have nothing to do with my specs. I had a 3060 GPU, I have a Ryzen 5600, 32 gb Ram, all the good stuff.

The problem only started after the new update and it's so annoying!

Doesn't pressing the space bar once more release what you're going through?
If it's solved by pressing the space bar key one more time, it's the same as what I'm going through.

I reported this to the Bug Tab, but the community administrators moved it to the Discussions tab. So it's probably not in the bug fix plan.

If it's different from what I'm experiencing, I think it would be better to record a video of your inconvenience and show it.
