Spontaneously my file save as type is switching form PSD to PSB. How to make it default PSD?

PSD has a hard size limit of 2GB. Bigger than that, and it switches to PSB.

You can't - the reason it is switching is because your file size exceeds the limits of a standard PSD file type. PSB has the same functionality with better file compression/handling.
