    Hi Kathleen:

I have no idea why your online chat routed you into the community forums, but you are here now so let's see if we can help.

    1. How much RAM is installed on your computer?
    2. How much is allocated to Photoshop (Preferences > Performance > Memory Usage)?
    3. And perhaps most importantly, if the healing brush has worked previously on this system, what size is your. brush? Ttry reducing the size.

    Hi Kathleen:

Thank you for getting back to me.

my storage still has 383gb left on PC

Storage refers to space on your hard drive, I was asking about RAM.

how much do I need to allocate to Photoshop and why wasnt this pointed out in first place.

I'm not clear who you were expecting to point this out in the first place. I'm the only one of this thread and I brought it up immediately. If you are looking for more information on optimizing Photoshop, please see: Performance preferences in Photoshop

Also I tried to call 800 number and was advised number not recognized ???

I don't know what 800 number you called, or what country you are located in. Support varies by country, so I can't address this question without additional information.

The community forums are staffed by Adobe Community Professionals who are experts in their fields. We can likely help you out, but we will need you to help us help you by answering our questions.
