Hi, I wanted to create a Realistic Photocopy Effect in Photoshop by using a Stamp and grain filter. I followed a YouTube tutorial but my stamp effect is looking so weird on every image.

So just for testing, I copied the image that was used in the tutorial and applied the same settings in grain and stamp filter in my Photoshop but with the same image and same settings still, my final effect did not look normal.  Can anybody let me know, what the issue is and how to fix that? I have attached the screenshots please have a look. I also mentioned the settings that are used in the tutorial. Thank you.

Settings in Tutorial

Grain: Intensity 33, Contrast 47, Grain Type Regular
Stamp: Balance 13, Smoothness 4

What version of Photoshop and Windows are you using?

Can you give us a link to the YouTube tutorial?

In the future please do not make statements like »the latest version of Photoshop« but give the actual exact version number

Did you have access to the image at its full resolution?
