Starting Hatch embroidery program results in message about Adobe Creative Cloud file

Hi.
My wife uses the embroidery program Hatch Embroidery 3 to create and edit embroidery patterns for her embroidery/sewing machine.

When Hatch is started, it always brings up the message shown in the attached partial screen shot. If she clicks on OK then Hatch starts normally.

I've discussed this issue with Hatch support. But they've been unable to solve it.

Since the message refers to an Adobe Creative Cloud file, I thought that the Adobe community might have some ideas about what might be causing this.

I really don't have any idea how starting the Hatch embroidery program could possibly result in a message related to an Adobe file. But it does.

It's not a big problem, since the solution is easy (by clicking OKI). But it is annoying, particularly if the message gets hidden by some other window, which prevents Hatch from starting until you realize that that's caused by this hidden message box.

We're using Photoshop 2024 (25.5.1), Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19045), Intel Core i7-6700 @ 3.4 GHz with 16 GB of RAM, Asus motherboard

Thanks for any ideas
