stop launching Creative Cloud to try to install Bridge after closing a file in Photoshop

I do my best to not use Adobe Bridge. It has a nice batch renaming function; but for the most part, it's like a vestigial appendage: I haven't had any need or desire to use it in over 10 years.

For all these years, when I close a file in Photoshop, Bridge would auto launch and I would have to keep closing it. It was extremely irritating.

I'm on a work computer that does not have Bridge installed. Every time I use Cmd-Shift-W to close a file in Photoshop, the Creative Cloud desktop app is auto launching and attempting to install Bridge.

PLEASE STOP THIS. I would prefer to have the choice to only use the apps I want to use and for the Adobe suite to not keep trying to do something that I do not want it to do. This has been happening for years. I may have submitted a feature request years ago about it. It's very frustrating. Thank you.
