Strange trouble on function sharper image IA and noise reduction IA

Hello Everybody .. I have a strange trouble on function sharper image IA and noise reduction IA trying to modify JPEG created with scanner by my old slides Hello Everybody .. Last Friday (20th February) had buyed credits  .. for Function IA Photoshop .. 2 thousand credits .. Friday-Saturday-yesterday used without problem into Photoshop .. 

Received new release Photoshop V 27.4 ay 23th February

Now both functions don't work .. 

Example .. open file JPG on Photoshop-> Filter->Sharper Image IA or Noise Reduction IA->after 2 minutes not before I have error ..

No change in sistem Windows 11 
No change driver
