"Stretching" a photo?

I am trying to find a way to be able to "stretch" a photo to fit into a watermark without distorting the original photo. I need to be able to do it to where it looks to fit the same for every vehicle. Hopefully the photos provided will help understand my problem. The white vehicle is correctly fit into the watermark, but the black vehicle needs to be "stretched" down and to the right some. I have already tried to simply crop the photo, but that won't work because the watermark is made to fit the size of the photos of the vehicles. So what I crop out will just be a white background which would show. Basically, I just need a way to be able to have the photo fit into the watermark the same every time.

If the car image is on its own layer then you just need to scale and move the layer. You can do both those things with the move tool. Check 'show transorm  controls'  in the options bar then hold down shift and drag a corner to scale (holding shift keeps the aspect ratio the same).

Say what?

Without the Layers Panel visible (that would clarify the Layer structure) the screenshots are hardly meaningful.

Did you place the image as a Smart Object?

Manual input may be unavoidable depending on the images.
