I live in Egypt, and with the exchange rate being quite high, the monthly subscription for Photoshop is a bit too expensive for me. I was wondering if there's any way to get a discounted rate or if there are any alternative plans available that might be more affordable?

Did you look at the Photography plan, which gives Photoshop and Lightroom for less than the monthly cost of Photoshop alone?
