This is happening with the History, Clone and Eraser tools…

I noticed in your screen shot that you are running the Photoshop Beta. The problem you describe has been reported by many others in the Photoshop Beta forum (see links below), so if that’s what you saw, Adobe has marked the first bug report below as “Investigating” which is good, because it means Adobe is aware of the reports.

Have you also seen this happen in the non-beta normal build of Photoshop? Or did you switch back to the non-beta and that’s why it works OK now? Because if you do see it in the normal build too, that might be new information for Adobe.

Ahhh! Great to know that! I run both but beta is the one it happens… the problem appears to have been solved by Adobe.

    Thanks fir your help

    Hi @ZALEZPHOTO

Sorry to hear about this issue. To better understand what’s happening, could you please share a few more details?

    • Which Photoshop version are you using? Did this start after a recent update?
    • Can you specify what really changed?
    • Have you tried resetting the affected tools, and if so, does the issue persist?

If possible, a short screen recording showing the issue with the History Brush, Clone Stamp, and Eraser tools would also be helpful.

Yes, I had already reset all the tools, and now as I was going to record my screen, Photoshop is working normal :). I really appreciate your reply Srishti.

    Cheers!
