Saludos cordiales,
Guillermo (usuario interesado)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@felixito_casia8258 The political and legal landscape between the US, China, and companies like Huawei has resulted in Huawei devices losing access to certain Google services and the Google Play Store (The Adobe-Google-Huawei Situation). While the P30 Pro was one of the last models to have Google services, it's possible this has still affected its compatibility with major third-party apps like Photoshop. This is not a simple business dispute between Google and Huawei; it's a matter of national security concerns from the U.S. government. As long as these sanctions are in place, U.S. companies like Google and Adobe are legally restricted from providing their full services and support to Huawei. In response to these sanctions, Huawei has heavily invested in its own ecosystem. They've developed their own operating system, HarmonyOS, and their own app store, AppGallery. For many of their newer devices, this has become their standard. They've also worked with developers to bring apps to their platform, creating a separate ecosystem from Google's.
