i heard rulers are now GPU enhanced... lol.

i guess you can revert back to the native rulers when the great GPU utilization of adobe apps is as buggy as usual.

it is not fixed:

"To test the feature, go to Preferences > Technology Previews and enable the ModernGradientTool and ModernGradientInterpolation options. Restart Photoshop."
