Télécharger des photos depuis Bridge

Bonjour , je n'arrive pas à télécharger des phos depuis mon Macbook air , on m'affiche : erreur lors de la récupération des photos , une erreur s'est produite lors de la récupératin des photos de l'appareil photo

Confused here... you are downloading photos from Bridge; downloading photos from MacBook Air; retrieving photos from camera?

Is your camera physially hooked to the MacBook Air or just the SD card? If the camera, just plug in the SD card into the card adapter. Macs would treat the SD card like a simple USB flash thumb drive. It doesn't need to "ask permission" from the camera's software.

When you are trying to open a file, is the file hidden? I work on a Mac as well, and when I upload files for my students, I need to jump on a PC to look at the files on the server to remove th hidden files. because if I don't. my students would likely open that, and gives an error message. These files are the 2kb files and not the 'MB' or 'GB' files!

Alsp, when was the last time your MacBook Air was restarted?!
