Tenho a assinatura Creative Cloud Pro e quero baixar versão mais antiga do Photoshop no meu desktop (Notebook) e não consigo. Na opção dos aplicativos dentro do CC, nos pontinhos não aparece a opção de versões anteriores. Alguém pode me ajudar?

Tenho a assinatura Creative Cloud Pro e quero baixar versão mais antiga do Photoshop no meu desktop (Notebook) e não consigo. Na opção dos aplicativos dentro do CC, nos pontinhos não aparece a opção de versões anteriores. Alguém pode me ajudar?
Também não consigo desabilitar atualizações automáticas. Essa conta é só minha e só eu utilizo.

Já desinstalei e instalei novamente o CC, mas não consigo achar solução.

Actually, I called Adobe’s 0800 support number and Manoel solved it immediately by sending me the download links for the 2025 and 2022 versions by email.

@LucasfDesign The Creative Cloud desktop app provides only the last two major versions of the appropriate application. If you need an older version that isn’t availabe via the CC client you have to contact the Adobe customer support. Ask to provide the download links to the earlier versions. Explain why you need them.

Click on the chat bubble in the lower-right corner: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Type "agent" to chat with a human. If the agent isn't able or doesn't want to provide you with a download link, hang up and try again. Some have reported trying several agents before getting one who could help.

If you get the appropriate link and after you've download the installation file it is recommended to save this file to a save place, like external hard drive or usb stick, for a further usage. It isn't guaranteed how long Adobe will make such versions available on demand.

Which older version do you like to install? In the Creative Cloud Client you find only the recent version and one version back.

Hi Axel,

Honestly, I’d like to install any older version that my notebook is still able to run. lol

I used to run Photoshop on this notebook through Creative Cloud, but I recently formatted it and now I can’t download the version currently available for installation.

Here are my notebook specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
Storage: 224 GB SSD KINGSTON SA400S37240G + 699 GB HDD WDC WD7500BPVX-55JC3T3
Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (32 MB)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Do you know which Photoshop version would be compatible with these specs?

It sounds like you have got this far:

Apps > Photoshop > the three dots

You then need Other versions

The oldest version I can see is V26.0 We used to be able to install V22.2 which is the last version with the 3D tools, including Lighting Effects. If that’s the version you are after, then it looks like you are out of luck. I had 22.2 installed here on my system, but I just checked and it’s not there anymore. :-(
