Text size in photoshop CS4 (photoshop 11)

how do I make my buttons bigger in Photoshop version 11 (things such as my toolbar, as well as file, edit, view, etc... windows scaling is set to 150%, and text set to 140%, as well as UI text large...

@Steven34689130powj try this, navigate to the Photoshop.exe in program files and right click on Photoshop.exe and select properties then apply what's in the screenshot below

If you can't change your screen resolution (or in case you don't want to), you could try using Magnifier on Windows to make parts of your screen magnified:

Photoshop CS4 was released more than fifteen years ago. High resolution screens were many years in the future at that time.

 

You need a much newer Photoshop version to do this.

 

The only thing you can do is reduce your screen resolution by setting Windows to 200% scaling or higher - but I'm not sure if such ancient software will even respond to that.
