The AI removal tool is misinterpreting my background as inapporiate. How do I override this?

There’s an image in the background of my photo that I would like to remove. When attempting to do so, instead of full removing the image and creating a flush wall, Ai just covers it in black and prompts a message about the photoshop guidelines. This doesn’t make sense, because no matter what the background image is depecting, if I want it removed, it shouldn’t be a problem. It’s also my art-- I should have full control what’s created. 

 

How do I overcome this issue. This is completely flawed tool.

      You have full control over what you do traditionally. When you use Generative AI then you need to follow Adobe’s guidelines.

        I am following the guidelines. Would you like to see the picture? The issue is -- as I previously stated-- Generative AI is misinterpreting the picture and what I’m looking to do, which is to remove the background image.  If you could offer any true helpful solutions, that’d be great.

        Hi ​@NoriMc, you won’t have control over how the generative AI interprets your picture. It is your art but it’s being uploaded to Adobe’s servers for processing. They won’t risk actual illegal data being under their possession so you’ll sometimes get false flags. There is not much you can do. You still can remove the background manually as ​@jane-e  mentions. You can also provide feedback to adobe to help train the AI in the future. Similar to the error I have clipped below.

         

        Let us know if we can help with specific questions for manually removing the background. It still can be a very quick process.
