The bar on the top left hides the menu

Question

After the latest Photoshop update, a bar appeared at the top left, reminiscent of the bar of the Photoshop generative tool. It hangs, there is no way to remove it, it covers part of the menu when Photoshop is open in full screen.
Is this a bug?
