"The "(Blank)" extension could not be loaded because of a program error" Help.

I had just gotten photoshop about an hour ago (as of posting this). When I first opened it, I clicked 'New', and it gave me an error. I just clicked "ok" and went on with my life. I forgot the exact error but it was along the lines of "The "(something I can't remember)" extension could not be loaded because of a program error". After that, I got it again saying "The "Libraries" extension could not be loaded because of a program error" along with a path (Too long to type). After I tried to close out of my drawing it said "The "Home" extension could not be loaded because of a program error". I do have pictures but they're on my phone and I'm typing this from my laptop. Please help I have no idea what to do.

First off, what version of Photoshop are you working with? and on what platform (PC or Mac?)

I’m on the latest version of photoshop, and I’m on PC (using Windows 10, if that helps.)
