The Case Of Two Accounts, One Expired One Current

Hello out there, I have Photoshop on my iPad. I just got an iMac and tried to sign in online, however, I forgot I had an old account that had expired. Now I can't get on my current account and I can't remember my password for the current account.. I can't reach anybody. I don't really want to spend another $79 when I signed up for Photoshop about three months ago. Has anybody have any answers. thanks in advance
