I am experiencing an issue while attempting to launch Photoshop. I keep receiving the error message:

“The code execution cannot proceed because dxcore.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”

I have reinstalled Photoshop multiple times and updated Microsoft Visual C++ files as suggested in online forums, but the problem persists. Could you kindly guide me on how to resolve this?
