“The disk copy of [file name] was changed since you last opened or saved it.  Do you wish to update it?

I haven’t seen this dialog box in a decade or more, but am now seeing it multiple times a day since upgrading to Mac OS 27. Is it just me? If not, does anyone have any insight into what has changed?

Aside from the system update I have made no modifications to my configuration.
