Hi, For the past three days, none of my files have been saving in Photoshop Web. I’m using the online version through my Adobe account, and even though I can edit projects, the files don’t appear in my Creative Cloud storage or “Your files” section. Could you please check what might be causing this and help me fix it?
Hey, @Sona_Vardanyan0262. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've checked the account you're using for the community, and you've reached the 100 GB storage quota in your account.
Please vacate some storage in your account and check if the issue exists. If it does, please record your workflow in screenshots showing the issue.
