1. Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.2.0 20241207.r.140 bc85906 x64
2. Windows 11 64-bit
3. Open the program - make a floating window - resize the window.
4. Expected result: steady image inside the resizing window as it is in Photoshop 24.
Video Demonstration

I also tried to reset preferenses - problem still accures.
I was working in Photoshop 24 before that, because it was the last stable version, but soon it won't be an iption to install it, as you do not allow intalation of versions that are too old. So it installed the latest one, which, before a patch, was just crashing. It is so sad, that new versions became worse and worse.

This has been pointed out a few times before, and I think the conclusion in the last thread was that this is either Nvidia or Windows behavior - I would guess most likely the former. IIRC you don't see this on Mac (but I may be wrong).

I get it too, on two Windows desktops. Not something I even notice - I don't do work while dragging the window frame - but as with all these things, once you notice it can get annoying.

I think that this problem was fixed in the older version by the "Deactivate Native Canvas" option in Preferences, but it doesn't exist in the new version anymore.
